It is our pleasure to welcome you again to the fifth Madrid Familial Cancer Conference that since 2004 we hold every two years. The present Conference, hosted at the Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) aims to present recent advances in this field from a multidisciplinary point of view. During this decade, familial cancer has become an important challenge for oncologists, geneticists and molecular biologists, due to its implications not only at the individual but also at the familial and social level.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• To update recent advances in familial cancer
• To better define the genetic profile of these cancers and the clinical management of families and
patients.
• To analyze the impact of the new technologies and their contribution to familial cancer risk.
Thursday, June 07, 2012 to Friday, June 08, 2012
Centro Nacional de InvestigacionesOncológicas (CNIO)
