At Biotechnology Calendar Inc.™, we believe in rewarding excellence in our participating life science sales reps with our 5 Star Award.
Attention Life Science Exhibitors, you have three chances to visit one of our upcoming shows in the State of Washington. Washington is an important state for research and a large grant market for laboratory supply companies between Washington State, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and the University of Washington, Seattle.
Never underestimate the value of veterinary science in the life science research marketplace. You know this, of course, but sometimes it’s worth repeating. We recently published a blog on Washington State Universities vet med school, but the highlight of that article was not the research the CVM (College of Veterinary Medicine) is doing at WSU, but the role they play in life science research on the Pullman campus.
The entire School of Molecular Biosciences and the Center for Reproductive Biology are doing their research under the auspices of the CVM. That means the departments of: Biochemistry and Biophysics, Genetics and Cell Biology, and Microbiology, are all within the School of Molecular Biosciences, which is a branch of the CVM. Read more in our recent article about WSU:
At our event on the Pullman campus, all 7 buildings, multiple schools, departments, and areas in vet med at WSU are invited to attend, and do come. Last year we had 222 researchers actively participate in finding the newest and best laboratory supplies and equipment in the industry. There is still time for you to meet with these scientists on October 23, 2012.
Discoveries are being made in Washington's research laboratories that have potential to greatly improve the quality and length of lives throughout the world and Biotechnology Calendar takes pride in knowing that our events are one of the forces that drives this research forward.
