Never underestimate the value of veterinary science in the life science research marketplace. You know this, of course, but sometimes it’s worth repeating. We recently published a blog on Washington State Universities vet med school, but the highlight of that article was not the research the CVM (College of Veterinary Medicine) is doing at WSU, but the role they play in life science research on the Pullman campus.
The entire School of Molecular Biosciences and the Center for Reproductive Biology are doing their research under the auspices of the CVM. That means the departments of: Biochemistry and Biophysics, Genetics and Cell Biology, and Microbiology, are all within the School of Molecular Biosciences, which is a branch of the CVM. Read more in our recent article about WSU:
At our event on the Pullman campus, all 7 buildings, multiple schools, departments, and areas in vet med at WSU are invited to attend, and do come. Last year we had 222 researchers actively participate in finding the newest and best laboratory supplies and equipment in the industry. There is still time for you to meet with these scientists on October 23, 2012.
