Conference - Boston, MA, United States
The Program in Quantitative Genomics will host its 8th annual conference entitled “Integrative Approaches to Understand Allelic Function. The meeting will seek to examine the use of evolutionary functional genomics, statistical genetics, and integrative approaches to understand the function of rare and common human alleles. We will discuss the interdisciplinary challenges of data analysis involved. We seek to engage scientists working in experimental, clinical, and computational epigenomics in a discussion centered on three important topics:
1. High-throughput strategies to understand non-coding allelic functions
2. Integrative approaches to interpret the function of non-coding alleles
3. Integrative approaches to interpret the function of coding alleles
2. Integrative approaches to interpret the function of non-coding alleles
3. Integrative approaches to interpret the function of coding alleles
