Conference - Perth, Australia
Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) holds an international conference each year, working with one of their 84 member Alzheimer associations around the world, including Alzheimer's Australia and Alzheimers New Zealand.
The conference is an opportunity to bring together everyone with an interest in dementia – staff and volunteers of Alzheimer associations, people with dementia, family members, clinicians, care professionals and scientists – to share and learn from one another. Join us in Perth, one of the world’s most unspoilt natural environments, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Alzheimer’s Disease International conference, hosted by Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) and incorporated with Alzheimer's Australia's biennial national conference. Alzheimers Australia and Alzheimer's Disease International both share a passion and desire to improve the lives of those living with dementia by raising awareness of dementia and best practices for care across the world. The innovative and interactive workshops that will form a key part of the programme are sure to stimulate and engage all those involved. Combined with what promises to be a creative and exciting exhibition space, this new approach to the ADI conference will ensure a consumer-focused experience and guarantee delegates take more away from the conference than ever before.
