This 3.5-day training course focuses on improving ES/iPS generation, cell culture and characterization. The course covers all critical steps required for ES/iPS research. Encompassing theoretical presentations and practical lab sessions, participants will learn advanced ways of cell preparation, cell selection with magnetic cell separation and basic cell analysis with flow cytometry.

Learning objectives

-Get to know new technologies for ES/iPS research
-Be able to setup and maintain ES/iPS cell cultures
-Learn how to improve results with magnetic cell separation
-Understand principles of flow cytometry in the context of ES/iPS cell research
-Apply an easy and safe method for cell reprogramming
-Acquire a new approach to embryoid bodies dissociation
