An innovative fully online, part-time Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma program in Stem Cell Biology. You can study from anywhere in the world on your own time; there is no need to attend the campus for successful graduation. This course has been funded by BBSRC Modular Training for Industry and content has been designed by a range of worldwide stem cell industrialists ensuring that students are equipped with knowledge and skills required for employment in the stem cell arena. The course covers topics including:
Adult, embryonic and induced pluripotent stem cells
Regerative medicine
Epigenetics of stem cells
Research skills and statistics
Commercialization of stem cells
Bioethics
Due to the unique funding of this course, priority for places must go to UK industrial students; however, remaining places will be allocated to non-industrial/UK students.
