Samara State Medical University is proud to announce the first International Interdisciplinary Conference “Humanitarian Basis of Innovations in Biology and Medicine”. The conference is organized due to the grant of RGNF “Projects of biotechnological enhancement of human: humanitarian expertise”.
The conference is devoted to the interdisciplinary discussion of problems which are concerned with socio-humanitarian and bio-ethical questions of innovations in modern medical practices. Humanitarian expertise seems to be one of the best efforts to analyze and solve the most important problems of biomedicine.
Following topics will be discussed:
• “Medical road-map”: regional schools, researching centers and global health tourism;
• “What medicine can the society afford?”: economy and society;
• “Doctor’s affair”: medical service and social mistrust;
• “Humanitarian perspectives in biomedical innovations”: ethical problems of preclinical and clinical innovating researches.
• “From psychologist to social worker”: social and humanity departments in medical school and clinics;
• “Medical school and challenges of future”;
• “Medical learning standards and limitation of standardization”;
• “Bioethics for medics? Bioethics for society?”;
• “Discourse of risky biomedical innovations and axiology”: problems of interactions;
• “Medicine of the Future and problem of responsibility to the humanity”;
• “Clinical practice and problems of innovations”.
