PTEN Pathways & Targets

Meeting - Cold Spring Harbor, NY, United States

The 2014 meeting is intended to bring together a diverse group of scientists studying various molecular, genetic and biochemical approaches to the analysis of the PTEN pathway at the cellular level and in develo pment and diseases including cancer, diabetes, and neurological disorders such as autism. Junior and senior researchers will join to discuss their latest research findings and tech nical approaches toward the analysis of the PTEN pathway. Particular emphasis will be given to model systems, disease pathogenesis and therapy. While a number of speakers have been invited, please note that the majority of oral presentations will be drawn from openly submitted abstracts.

Session Themes:
* Upstream Signaling in the PTEN Pathway
* Downstream Signaling in the PTEN Pathway
* PTEN in Stem Cell Function, Development &
Disease
* Cancer & PTEN Signaling
* Metabolism & Aging
* Complex Regulation of PTEN Signaling
