The meeting will be preceeded by a 2-day Avian Genomics workshop run in collaboration with EMBL-EBI and WTSI, which will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday March 4 and end before dinner on Wednesday March 5, just prior to the start of the main meeting.

The format of the meeting will include seven oral sessions and two poster sessions. Each oral session will include invited speakers and speakers selected from submitted abstracts and posters. For this reason, abstracts from accomplished junior and senior investigators are warmly invited. The abstracts should focus on new and unpublished data. The organizers will select abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
