Building a successful career path in the modern day life sciences is a demanding task. It requires one to look around and absorb the technique and thinking from the neighbouring disciplines, such as physics, chemistry and math. Bioinformatics and biostatistics are increasingly being used by the life scientists and biotechnologists alike.
Our school (fourth overall) is dedicated to the recent advances in the basic and translational biology as well as the interdisciplinary research and problems it generates. The school will traditionally host not only the lectures but workshops, evening roundtables and foresight sessions as well.
