The purpose of this meeting will be to bring together leading world experts in the field of synaptic plasticity to debate the underlying molecular mechanisms and discuss how these mechanisms are important for normal brain function, such as memory, and how pathological alterations in synaptic plasticity may underlie major brain disorders.
