The New Genomics: Knowledge, Health and Society

SULSA's 2013 Research Symposium will focus on research that has exploited the recent advances in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology to generate knowledge and to improve health.

The event will show case results from world-class scientists, who have used NGS as a major route to delivering the data required for their research. Join us to hear from experts in virus evolution, human cancer, stratified medicine, parasite evolution, bioinformatics, and more.

The event will also include a debate by a panel of specialists, including sceintists and legal experts, which will explore the human, regulatory and ethical opportunities and issues arising from the NGS revolution.
