Posted on Aug 7, 2015 3:20:00 AM

Conference - London, United Kingdom

The rise of obesity in developed countries, including amongst women of reproductive age, means that discussing obesity’s impact on pregnancy could not be more important. This two-day event balances basic science, translational research and clinical practice. Topics such as the merit of obesity interventions during pregnancy will be discussed, and we will hear about new policy regarding pregnancy. We will delve into the often poorly-understood factors affecting pregnancy, including probiotics, micro-nutrients and physical activity. Our international panel of renowned experts will present their and integrate their findings on these diverse topics to provide a better understanding of obesity and pregnancy.
Organization: World Obesity Federation

Thu, Oct 29, 2015 - Fri, Oct 30, 2015
Charles Darwin House Conference Centre
12 Roger Street, London, WC1N 2JU, United Kingdom
