The Federation of African Immunological Societies (FAIS) is hosting its 9th African Immunological conference in Nairobi in Dec 1-4th, 2014. This conference will provide a unique forum for immunologists from Africa and all over the world to present and disseminate cutting edge immunology research of relevance to Africa. It will foster communication and networking among African immunologists and their international collaborators especially those working in Africa, and those that support the growth of immunology in Africa. The conference has a special focus on junior African researchers, many of whom we aim to support to attend the meeting. They will benefit not only from high quality science, but also be trained in workshops and identify mentors and collaborators, to help them develop their own careers and contribute to building capacity for research in Africa
