International Graduate Student Immunology Conference
Conference - Marseille, France
The IGSIC is a conference exclusively organized for PhD students to foster international interaction of future generations of immunologists. Scientific progress strongly depends on networking and collaboration of research groups working in the same field. Making PhD students in immunology from all around the world come together provides this tool.
The meeting will be organized in six sessions over two and a half days, touching the main fields of immunology. The sessions will be thematically grouped in: Immunology and infectious diseases, Adaptive immune system, Inflammation and autoimmune diseases, The social network of immune cells, Cancer immunology and Innate Immune System.
Each session will consist of six oral presentations of 15 min held by students with the most valuable abstracts and a poster session, where every participant has to present his work.
