Annual Convention and Scientific Meeting - Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines
PSM’s 2012 Annual Convention is transforming into a Regional if not an International Event. The Philippine Society for Microbiology (PSM), Inc, will hold its 41st Annual Convention and Scientific Meeting on May 10 to 11, 2012 at the Xavier Sports Country Club, Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines. Since this year is also the ASEAN-EU Year of Science, Technology and Innovation, a yearlong campaign to deepen S&T collaboration between Europe and Southeast Asia has been initiated. Experts from the European Union will be attending this year’s convention not only to present lectures but also to explore new opportunities for research collaboration in our region. Renowned experts from all over the world have also been invited to share how their researches are contributing towards the theme: MICROBIOLOGY AND BIOTECHNOLOGY: ADAPTING TO THE CHANGING MICROBIAL WORLD.
