The aim of the conference is to exchange opinions, experiences in the field of food science and nutrition, and integrate young scientific community around the world.
The program includes series of plenary lectures of scientists from Poland and from abroad. Conference participants will be able to present their research in a presentation during the abstract session and poster session. The best works will be rewarded.
