(B4) Keystone Symposia: The NF-κB System in Health and Disease
Conference - Keystone, CO, United States
The conference will:
• Focus on the NF-κB signaling network rather than a single disease, thereby more effectively underscoring commonalities between the NF-κB misregulation that can lead to different human maladies including immune deficiencies, inflammatory diseases and many forms of cancer;
• Bring together biomedical researchers, biochemists, cell biologists and systems/computational biologists who are studying the network from both a top-down or high-throughput end (transcriptomic and proteomic datasets, biomarker discovery, etc.) and a bottom-up approach (mechanistic modeling based on biochemical studies);
• Foster cross-disciplinary research approaches and collaborations between up-and-coming and seasoned researchers, to promote the development of a predictive understanding of NF-κB signaling, as well as potential new clinical diagnostics and therapies utilizing that knowledge.
Session Topics:
• NF-κB within Gene Regulatory Networks
• NF-κB Signaling System
• The Inflammatory Signaling Network
• Innate Immune Signaling Networks
• Lymphoid Signaling Systems
• Cell Decision Systems
• Signaling Systems in Cancer
• NF-κB Systems Pharmacology
plus workshops on highly innovative, recent studies
