(B3) Keystone Symposia: Omics Meets Cell Biology - Applications to Human Health and Disease

Conference - Taos, NM, United States

The conference will:
• Explore the current status of the interface between “omics” and cell biology in general, and in selected areas of research including: how “omics” tools are used to understand genotype-phenotype relationships; how they can assist in the process of drug discovery; and how they contribute to providing an integrated view of cellular signaling, gene expression and metabolic networks;
• Bridge classical cell biology, biochemistry/genetics and systematic
(“omics”) approaches;
• Foster thought-provoking discussions around data quality, data analysis, data sharing and data integration by inviting interactions between experimental biologists and technologists and computational experts.
