On November 14th, Biotechnology Calendar, Inc. held our 14th Annual Birmingham BioResearch Product Faire™ Event at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
The 28 vendors who exhibited at this show had the opportunity to show off their products to hundreds of engaged, receptive researchers. The first 100 attendees received door prizes, and one lucky researcher won the drawing for an iPad Mini. Both exhibitors and researchers enjoyed a fully catered lunch at this event.
A booth at our 2013 Birmingham BioResearch Product Faire™ Event
At our Birmingham BioResearch Product Faire™ Event, we expected a total of 325 attendees and had an actual attendance of 326 people. Of the 326 attendees, 87 were professors, post-doctorates and purchasing agents, and 58 were lab managers. The rest were research assistants and post-graduates. Attendees came from 50 different departments and 41 different buildings on the UAB campus.
