2013 International Conference on Genomics in Europe

Conference - Ghent, Belgium

BGI's acclaimed International Conference on Genomics (ICG) held annually in China since 2006. Growing rapidly over the last six years, ICG has become one of the top international scientific gatherings. The first ICG Europe was held in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2012, which was a great success, and appreciated by the scientists and researchers who attended the conference.

ICG Europe 2013 will feature presentations from prominent researchers, international industry leaders and top policy makers on next-gen sequencing and advanced bioinformatics technologies, and their growing application in drug discovery and development, disease research, clinical diagnostics. The meeting aims to promote research in basic and applied genomics and provide a foundation for innovative approaches on sequencing and bioinformatics. It would be an excellent opportunity for European researchers, academia and industries to exchange ideas, share the latest findings and to form new collaborations in Genomics and related fields.
