The purpose of this workshop is to develop the research collaboration in optoelectronic between the universities of France and China and all the attendances will be invited by the sponsor. The Wuhan National Laboratory for optoelectronics and the ‘Institutd’ Electroque Fondamentale’ of France will be responsible for the organization. There are delegates of six universities from China and France respectively and some delegates from companies. The topic of this workshop is to discuss the programs for collaboration and facilities to share.
