Aliphatic olefins from fatty acids (AlFA)
Catalytic routes for the valorisation of humin by - products formed during biomass processing
Development of (homogeneous) catalysts for the selective conversion of levulinic acid (LA) to caprolactam and for the conversion of furfural to tetrahydrofuran.
Catalytic steps in the conversion of lignocellulosic biomass via pyrolysis to fuel precursors
From lignocellulosic biomass to bulk chemicals. Development of efficient catalytic routes to 5- hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) and derivatives.
