A 5 – day course involving classroom presentation and hands-on analysis pipeline execution with sample data sets.This course is designed to introduce bioinformatics tools available for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) to individuals who have basic background in Bioinformatics or Genomics. The goal of this training is to enable successful utilization of iOMICS – the InterpretOmics software for NGS Data Analysis with a focus on Mapping, Re-Sequencing, Whole Transcriptome, ChIP-Sequencing workflows. Hands-on exercises are performed using both Linux command-line and graphical user interfaces.
