Surgical proficiency is critical to collecting accurate physiological measurements via telemetry.Quality surgical training dramatically shortens the learning curve for device implantation and provides earlier success in collecting accurate data.

To that end, Data Sciences International in collaboration with Charles River France and the René Remie Surgical Skills Centre has developed this advanced surgical training workshop.

• Lectures on surgical techniques, anaesthesia, analgesia, pre - and postoperative care, animal handling and the 3Rs
• Live demonstration of surgical procedures
• Hands-on practice of surgical procedures
• Overview of DSI software for signal acquisition
• Q&A session
