This 2-day training course focuses on hands-on generation of monocyte-derived dendritic cells (Mo-DCs) in theory and practice. Pros and cons of different monocyte isolation strategies are introduced, and new technologies are presented to make monocyte-derived dendritic cells generation more efficient, reliable, and easier than ever. Participants will experience how to save resources while still following a well-accepted protocol. The course covers the workflow of Mo-DC generation both in research and in clinical settings.
