The conference offers opportunities for presentation and discussion of the most up-to-date research about water and its structural and dynamical properties, which make the water molecule unique in all aspects of human life. This year, following the Ettore Majorana Foundation's aims, there will be space for Introductory Tutorials for post-graduate students and pot-docs on the conference topics, including the active role of water in food, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and on related technological aspects.
