This 1.5-day CME program focuses on using family history information to identify patients who will benefit from increased cancer screening, genetic testing, and/or referral. The program, which focuses on building connections among southern New England providers, features:
1) a one-day workshop for primary care providers 
2) an evening interprofessional program and networking event 
3) monthly communications and access to online and mobile resources
