Targeted Proteomics using Selected Reaction Monitoring (SRM)

The SRM course is a practical course, which is aimed to acquaint participants with SRM and prepare them to conduct a complete SRM experiment according to their biological question in their home laboratory. Four typical tasks in SRM will be covered in this course:

How to design SRM assays?

How to measure and optimize SRM assays using triple-quadrupole mass spectrometers?

How to perform quantitative SRM measurements?

How to perform statistical analysis of acquired SRM data?
