2013 Revolutions, insights and comparisons of Rodent Anesthesia and Analgesia

Online Meeting - Part 1/4 Equipment, homeothermy and respiration

This webinar will cover; Rodent monitoring during anesthesia, including a review and comparison of available equipment for physiological monitoring, Addressing rodent hypothermia, including a review and comparison of available equipment, Addressing anesthetic complications such as cardiac arrest and respiratory depression, Addressing positive pressure ventilation including current methodologies such as high frequency oscillatory ventilation. This interactive webinar designed for scientists and support staff, veterinary technicians, veterinarians, institutional animal care and use committee members. This webinar meets the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS), Canadian Association for Laboratory Animal Science (CALAS), and Academy of Surgical Science (ASR) requirements for Continuing Education Units. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance. This webinar has been reviewed and approved by the AAVSB RACE program for 2 continuing education credits for veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
