Proteomics beyond ID's

Conference - Pashan, Pune, India

The last decade has witnessed a revolution in the Proteomic technologies especially due to improvement in mass spectrometry, which further facilitated protein characterization such as quantitation, post translational modifications, localization, protein-ligand interactions, leading to newer applications. The objective of this seminar is to provide a platform to discuss such new developments in Proteomics beyond protein identification by mass spectrometry.

Themes
Protein Chemistry and Chemical Proteomics
Post translational modifications and Protein interactions
Quantitative and Functional Proteomics in human diseases
Plant Proteomics, Proteogenomics and Microbial Proteomics
Structural Proteomics and Bioinformatics
New developments in mass spectrometry and Proteomic Technologies
Discussion-methods, approaches, Proteomics Standards
