The 2012 Globally Engaging Networking Event

Networking event - Brisbane, Australia

The Queensland Life Sciences Globally Engaging Networking Event (GENE) has become a prestigious event on the industry’s social calendar – bringing together a number of key Australian, North American, European, Asian and African Life Sciences Leaders, for an evening of networking, art and entertainment.

This year, GENE will be held at the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) in Brisbane on 26 October, as part of the Translational Research Excellence (TRX12) and The Bioenergy and Bioproducts Symposium Events.

The Event is hosted by Life Sciences Queensland (LSQ) and will feature the presentation of the Queensland Life Sciences Industry Excellence Award sponsored by McCullough Robertson.

The 2012 Industry Excellence Award will be presented to an individual that has made significant contributions to the performance and success of the Queensland Life Sciences Industry and will have demonstrated a breadth of impact across the sector in Queensland.
