International Conference on Superlattices, Nanostructures, and Nanodevices

Conference - Drezden, Germany

The ICSNN is a biennial conference series with a tradition lasting back to the 1980s, usually being the largest satellite conference to the International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS, www.icps2012.ethz.ch), which will be held in Zürich, Switzerland the week after ICSNN.

Nanostructure fabrication techniques, including self assembly

Nanoelectronics with single electrons, new transport phenomena in nanostructures

Nanophotonics and quantum optics in single quantum dots, microcavities and photonic bandgap materials

Semiconductor nano-spintronics, spin manipulation in nanostructures, magnetic/semiconductor hybrid nanosystems

Terahertz physics and devices

Solid state quantum information

Carbon nanotubes and graphene

Emerging materials and devices: nanoelectronics in biosystems, hybrid organic semiconductor systems, molecular systems and devices

Electronic and optical properties of novel semiconductor structures (e.g. dilute nitrides)
