Cutting-Edge Imaging Technologies & Strategies in Pre-Clinical Small Animal Research

Today, cutting edge non-invasive multimodal imaging technologies and strategies are indispensable in pre-clinical small animal research. In this half day seminar we will explore the work of two independent research scientists from Baylor and Notre Dame Universities who specialize in small animal research using high resolution optical/X-ray, nuclear and/or CT systems.

  Biomarker development and validation
    Therapeutics delivery and efficacy evaluation
    Oncology and infectious disease model progression assessment
    Protein expression and receptor occupancy studies
    An overview of innovative, multimodal imaging studies from peer-reviewed literature
