(D2) Keystone Symposia: Epigenetic Programming and Inheritance

Conference - Boston, MA, United States

The conference will:
• Investigate the most current knowledge and research concerning
the heritability of gene expression anomalies unrelated to DNA sequence changes;
• Explore the potential for epigenetic reprogramming and for epigenetic biomarkers to predict disease risk as well as other human health characteristics such as longevity;
• Bring together a diverse range of researchers including individuals focusing on molecular mechanisms with those studying population consequences, with the hope that these two communities will work more closely together to understand epigenetics in the context of health and disease.

Session topics:
• Epigenetic and Epigenomic Mechanisms I & II
• Transgenerational Inheritance and Imprinting I & II
• Developmental Origins and Epigenetic Epidemiology I & II

Organization: Keystone Symposia on Molecular and Cellular Biology
