Nature - CNIO Cancer Symposium: Frontiers in Tumour Heterogeneity and Plasticity

Symposium - Madrid, Spain

The Nature – CNIO Cancer Symposium on Frontiers in Tumour Heterogeneity and Plasticity will coincide with the 10th anniversary of the inauguration of the CNIO. Tumour heterogeneity and plasticity have substantial implications for basic and clinical cancer research. To cover some of the most relevant and recent advances in this area, we have invited world leading experts to speak about: the cancer cell of origin, the clonal evolution of cancer, microenvironment and heterogeneity, tumour cell plasticity and tumour heterogeneity in the clinic. The program is aimed at setting the scene for the exchange of novel ideas and discussions on emerging molecular mechanisms of tumour heterogeneity and its clinical implications.
