NGS 2015 Glasgow: Bioinformatics & Data Analysis Workshop

This event is taking place on 21st April (the day prior the main conference) at the Computer Cluster, West Medical Building, University of Glasgow.
The programme will be divided in 3 parts covering the following:
1) From raw data to the assembly (raw data, QC, mapping of reads, visualising DNAseq and RNAseq data, understanding the workflow)
2) Interpreting RNAseq results (inspecting data from different conditions, visualising count-based data, differences between polyA selected and ribosomal depleted samples, functional analysis of differential expression data, network analysis of differential expression data)
3) Interpreting DNAseq data (variant calling, variant filtering and interpreting, variant based diagnosis)
