A 5-day course involving classroom presentations and hands-on analysis pipeline execution with sample data sets. This course is designed to introduce bioinformatics tools available for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) to individuals who have a basic background in Bioinformatics or Genomics. The goal of this training is to enable successful utilisation of iOMICS – the InterpretOmics software for NGS Data Analysis with a focus on Mapping, Re-Sequencing, Whole Transcriptome, smallRNA and ChIP-Sequencing workflows. Hands-on exercises are performed using both Linux command-line and graphical user interfaces.
