San Diego Mass Analysis Network (SANDMAN)

Seminar - La Jolla, CA, United States

"A community based molecular GPS for microbes to people"

Speaker: Peiter Dorrestein, University of California - San Diego (UCSD) "A community based molecular GPS for microbes to people"

Host: David Herold from UCSD

Posters: Students/vendors please email us if you wish to have an easel. On an unrelated note for the SANDMAN member that likes to cycle, The Pi Cycling Club on Strava is all about sharing rides and friendly rivalry with science & engineering geeks who ride mountain bikes in the SD County. If you are interested in participating in local group rides (usually in Los Penesquitos Canyon), occasionally followed up with a frosty beverage, sign up at the following link: http://www.strava.com/clubs/49682 . Rides are generally held on Friday's, either lunch time or early afternoon and last between 1-2 hours long.

Sponsoring Institutions: Robert Fitzgerald, UCSD
